At the CII reception hosted at the World Economic Forum in Davos on 18 January 2024, Ambassador Kumar announced the launch of the “Alliance for Global Good – Gender Equity and Equality” in the presence of Hon’ble Ministers Ms. Smriti Zubin Irani and Mr. Hardeep Singh Puri as a part of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi’s commitment to inclusive growth and building on the foundations of India’s G20 presidency, supported by the World Economic Forum. He also thanked Professor Klaus Schwab for his steadfast support.
