Ambassador Mridul Kumar called on State Secretary Martina Hirayama, State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) on 23 August 2023. During the meeting, Ambassador Kumar briefed her on Start up India hub and discussed possibilities of India-Switzerland collaborations in research & innovation, science & technology and skill development. Both sides agreed to work together for the next round of Joint Committee meeting on science & technology in Berne in 2024.
