On 05 September 2025, Ambassador met Prof. Dr. Joël Mesot, President of ETH Zurich, a world-renowned institution in science and engineering. Discussions focused on avenues of cooperation in cutting-edge research, innovation, and higher education.They exchanged views on joint projects, student and faculty exchanges, and ways to further strengthen India–Switzerland collaboration in science and technology. Ambassador underlined the complementarity between ETH’s global expertise and India’s strong STEM talent pool, making the partnership especially promising in priority domains such as space sciences, artificial intelligence, deep tech, and semiconductors.
