Ambassador Kumar was the Guest of Honour at the 55th anniversary of the Global Alumni Union of Franklin University Switzerland in Lugano. He thanked President Samuel Martin-Barbero for the gracious

hospitality and discussed ways to promote academic links between Franklin University and its counterparts in India.
