The Embassy is pleased to inform that premiere of the film “AWAKE”  will be held in Bern at “Cine Movie” (Seilerstrasse 4) on 8th May 2016 at 11.00 hours.  The film  showcases the unconventional biography of Paramahansa Yogananda, who brought Yoga and meditation to the West in the 1920s.  Mr Yogananda has authored the spiritual classic “Autobiography of a Yoga”.  He made ancient Vedic teachings accessible to a modern audience, attracting many followers and inspiring the millions, who practice Yoga today.
