The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India, in collaboration with the International Solar Alliance (ISA), is organizing the Bharat Renewable Energy Summit & Expo (BRESE) 2026 from 2–5 November 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The event will be held alongside the 9th Session of the ISA Assembly and the 4th International Conference on Green Hydrogen (ICGH). It will bring together government representatives, industry leaders, investors, researchers and international organizations to discuss opportunities in solar and wind energy, green hydrogen, energy storage, renewable energy manufacturing and new technologies. The summit aims to promote investment, innovation and international cooperation in renewable energy.

India is one of the world’s fastest-growing renewable energy markets, with strong progress in clean energy development, manufacturing, technology and infrastructure. Through supportive policies and international partnerships, the country is creating new investment opportunities, improving energy security and supporting sustainable development. BRESE 2026 will provide a platform to share knowledge, build partnerships and explore solutions to accelerate the global transition to clean energy.

9th Session of the International Solar Alliance (ISA) Assembly

The Ninth Session of the International Solar Alliance (ISA) Assembly will focus on expanding access to affordable and sustainable energy, mobilising investment, strengthening policy and institutional frameworks, and fostering innovation to support an inclusive and resilient global energy transition.

The Assembly will feature plenary sessions, high-level dialogues, ministerial engagements and bilateral meetings. It will also showcase collaborative initiatives and strategic partnerships that are accelerating solar energy deployment across ISA Member Countries.

4th International Conference on Green Hydrogen (ICGH 2026)

The conference will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, investors, researchers and technology providers to advance a competitive and sustainable green hydrogen ecosystem. The conference will focus on commercial-scale deployment, production costs, manufacturing, storage and safety, infrastructure, regulatory frameworks and offtake mechanisms. It will also explore applications in fertilisers, steel and mobility, alongside fuel cells, hydrogen derivatives, international cooperation and investment opportunities.
