On 06 May 2026, Commerce Secy, Dept. of Commerce, Shri Rajesh Agrawal arrived in Zurich on an official visit to Switzerland to represent India at the St. Gallen Symposium - a globally renowned Swiss platform for cross-generational dialogue on business, governance, sustainability, technology & social topics. Bilateral engagements during the visit focused on strengthening trade & investment ties, including effective implementation of the India–EFTA TEPA.
On the sidelines of the St. Gallen Symposium, Commerce Secretary Shri Rajesh Agrawal held a productive bilateral meeting with his Swiss counterpart, Ms. Helene Budliger Artieda, State Secretary for Economic Affairs. Discussions aimed at advancing mutual economic cooperation for accelerated realization of opportunities presented by India-EFTA TEPA.
