On the sidelines of celebrating event for Hindi Diwas 2026, Embassy of India, Berne set up an Ayurveda Lounge to promote the 11th Ayurveda Day and highlighted the relevance of Ayurveda in modern life.
Guests explored Ayurveda’s role in healthy routines and holistic well-being, with information materials, books and brochures on Ayurvedic Aahar, Indian spices and their everyday applications. The Lounge highlighted the broader vision of “One Health, One Future – Integrating Ayurveda Science through Evidence, Innovation and Holistic Care”, showcasing how Ayurvedic knowledge can complement contemporary lifestyles through informed choices and mindful living.
