12th International Day of Yoga celebrations at Zug on 20 June 2026

Embassy organised the International Day of Yoga - 2026 celebrations in Zug on 20 June 2026 in collaboration with SEWA Europe and Heartfulness Switzerland.
The event brought together members of the Indian diaspora, yoga enthusiasts and local community members for an energising yoga session followed by a guided meditation conducted by Heartfulness Switzerland. Participants experienced yoga's timeless message of mindfulness, harmony and healthy living.
A special yoga session for children added a joyful and inclusive dimension to the programme, encouraging younger participants to embrace healthy lifestyles through yoga.
