12th International Day of Yoga celebrations at Davos on 27 June 2026

The Embassy organised the International Day of Yoga 2026 celebrations in Davos on 27 June 2026 in collaboration with Brahma Kumaris Switzerland and local partner Bachi's Strandbad.
Addressing the participants, Ambassador Mridul Kumar highlighted yoga's timeless message of well-being, mindfulness and harmony while underlining India's holistic vision of yoga as a way of life.
Participants took part in an energising yoga session followed by a guided meditation conducted by Brahma Kumaris Switzerland. Set against the scenic lakeside surroundings of Davos, the programme offered a refreshing blend of movement, stillness and inner balance, reflecting yoga's universal appeal for healthy living.
