12th International Day of Yoga celebrations at Bellinzona on 25 June 2026

The Embassy's Yoga Journey reached the historic Castelgrande in Bellinzona on 25 June 2026, where the International Day of Yoga celebrations were organised in collaboration with Yoga al Parco for the fourth consecutive year.
Set against the iconic UNESCO World Heritage site, the event celebrated yoga's universal message of health, harmony and mindfulness while strengthening community participation.
Members of the Hare Krishna Community presented a special Maha Mantra Kirtan, adding a vibrant devotional and cultural dimension to the celebrations. The programme concluded with light refreshments and interaction among participants.
