ADVISORY FOR TOURISTS

There has been a significant increase in the number of theft cases with Indian tourists visiting Switzerland during the summer holiday season. In most cases, the tourists are being targeted for cash and other valuable items, However, in some cases, the passports and other travel documents are also taken away which leaves the tourists stranded without any valid identity proof.

In this regard, the tourists coming from India are advised to stay vigilant and take care of their belongings and travel documents while using public transports and during sightseeing in Switzerland.
