Visit of ‘Water Reuse Lab’ researchers at the Embassy of India, Berne on 26 February 2024

Ambassador Mridul Kumar met a team of ‘Water Reuse Lab’ researchers from Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and Technology (EAWAG) at the Embassy on 26.02.2024. During the meeting, the EAWAG team briefed the Ambassador on their pilot project ‘Urban Water Reuse’ in Bengaluru. This is an encouraging initiative towards strengthening India-Switzerland collaboration in water research and urban wastewater management. The project aims at developing tech-based, sustainable & affordable solutions for rapidly expanding urban areas, which is an urgent priority area for India.
