Embassy proudly marked the 11th International Day of Yoga - 2025 with its main event held in Zurich, bringing together a diverse gathering of Yoga enthusiasts, local partners, diaspora members, and friends of India for a vibrant celebration of health and harmony.

Set against the backdrop of Glattpark’s dynamic landscape, the session featured the Common Yoga Protocol, highlighting this year’s theme ‘Yoga for One Earth One Health’. The Yoga session was followed by a peaceful meditation session led by Brahmakumaris, reinforcing the deep connection between inner balance and holistic well-being.

Ambassador Kumar led the inspiring session, underscoring the timeless truth that inner harmony is essential for meaningful progress. He welcomed Mr. Mathias Zika, representative of the Opfikon City Council, as a special guest and extended his appreciations to our dedicated community partners — Indian Association of Greater Zurich, Swiss Indian Fine Arts Association, and Swiss Telugu NRI Association — whose unwavering support was instrumental in making the celebrations a grand success. The event reflected Mission’s strong ties with the community and partnerships with the local City councils nurturing the growing Yoga community in Switzerland.
