Mutual Visa Exemption for Diplomats
November 11, 2016
India and Switzerland have signed an Agreement on Mutual Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic Passport for travel to each other’s country. The Agreement will become effective from 7 December, 2016. The agreement is valid for an indefinite period of time. The agreement was signed by Shri Rajnath Singh, Home Minister and Mrs. Simonetta Sommaruga, Federal Counsellor of Justice and Police, during her visit to India on 5-6 October, 2016.
